    MindGym has been doing virtual sessions for kids and adults to cope with the stress caused by Covid-19 and at the same time learn techniques to build focus and let go of distractions.


  • Join us to learn about Yoga and mindfulness over a virtual zoom call- This is an ongoing series for every Sunday ending in October 18th.

  • Mindfulness session for Moonshot Jr July 12 and Sep 7, 2020

    MindGym did a Mindfulness session for Moon Shot Jr (Moonshot Junior Inc. is a Silicon Valley-based startup, that is strives to uncover and nurture the STEAM skills in children, turning them into tomorrow’s disruptors and entrepreneurs).

    The session was very well liked and appreciated by the attendees.

  • MindGym did a Mindfulness workshop for Learning by Locals (an NGO supporting under- privileged kids in India)
